Shipping And Handling
Within Mainland UK, all goods are sent by recorded delivery post, business post parcels or a parcels courier.
Outside the UK, international data post or courier service will normally be used. Note that delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days as most items are now sent by Air.
Delivery of Paint, Sprays & Fuel and Bulky parcels.
Such items are not accepted by Royal mail and must be sent via a parcels courier.
Shipping and Tax Charges
UK: A delivery charge of £4.50 is added on orders below £200.00. Orders over £200.00 are sent free of carriage charges to most UK mainland postcodes. Please note a surcharge may apply to some postcodes for courier deliveries.
Non-UK: There is a minimum shipping charge of £6.00 for all overseas orders. You will therefore be charged whichever is the higher amount of £6.00 and the actual cost of shipping. We will always email you for your approval should the amount be more than £6.00. For deliveries outside the European Union, UK Vat of 20% will be deducted from the price, you may however have to pay any local sales tax or import duty due when the goods arrive. The amount charged to your card account may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations and commission - we currently debit cards in pounds sterling - this will be converted by your card provider to your local currency.
Delivery Schedule
Subject to stock availability, normally allow 2/3 working days for delivery within the UK. Where possible we will notify of any delays by email. Parcel courier deliveries are made normally between 9:00am to 6:00pm and most deliveries require a signature on receipt.
